Manicurist/Pedicurist

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers
• Understand their needs and wants
• Advise the right services and retail
• Provide Be Relax signature services (i.e Massage, manicure & pedicure)
• Optimize the customer’s visit by upselling and cross-selling
• Operate POS and handle the payment
• Keep the spa premises neat & tidy

Education & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma with a Massage Therapist /Manicure/ Beautician / Nail technician experience in Salon or Spa is preferred.
