ROLE PURPOSE

As a Manicurist / Pedicurist at Kare Kut Gents Salon, you will represent our brand by delivering high-quality nail care and grooming services to clients. You will ensure each customer receives an exceptional experience through professional manicure and pedicure techniques, modern nail styling, strict hygiene standards, and outstanding customer service. You will also support daily salon operations by maintaining a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation, properly sterilizing tools and equipment, and upholding Kare Kut’s reputation for excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Your role is essential in creating a relaxing and premium grooming experience while promoting nail health, safety, and overall client well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Services

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments according to salon standards.
• Shape, trim, and file fingernails and toenails; push back cuticles; remove calluses.
• Apply polish, gel, or acrylic enhancements as requested.
• Provide hand and foot massages where applicable.
• Advise clients on nail care, aftercare routines, and suitable products.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain high levels of sanitation and sterilization of all tools and equipment.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.

Customer Experience

• Greet and consult clients to understand their needs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle client queries and resolve minor issues professionally.
• Promote and upsell salon services and retail products.

Administrative

• Record treatment details and manage appointment schedules.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle payments (if required).
