Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions, gel polish application, and intricate nail designs using color theory principles
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment to promote client safety
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs and preferences
• Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Stay informed about the latest trends in nail art, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other esthetic services to offer innovative options
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their desired outcomes while offering professional advice on maintenance and aftercare

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related fields
• Demonstrated knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and advanced nail techniques including nail extensions and dermabrasion treatments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Experience with retail sales strategies such as upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities
• Familiarity with additional beauty services like hair threading, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments
• Excellent manual dexterity combined with attention to detail for precise application of nail products and designs
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
