Job Description

Sublime Technocorp is seeking a skilled Manual & Automation Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of mobile and web applications.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts.
• Create and review test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility testing.
• Identify, track, and manage defects using relevant tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Ensure test coverage across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Web).
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams.
• Provide clear and detailed test reports and documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning and contribute to QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in manual testing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of Defect Life Cycle and bug-reporting tools.
• Ability to write clear test cases and identify edge cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience working in a product/service-based IT company.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
