_ The Role: Manual Jewelry Designer_

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Manual Jewelry Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for crafting unique jewelry pieces, and experience working with lab-grown diamonds (a plus, but not required). This role requires hands-on design skill combined with strong organizational and cross-functional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Design & Sketching: Conceptualize and create detailed, high-quality technical sketches and renderings of new jewelry designs, focusing on rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, primarily utilizing lab-grown diamonds.
• Design Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive design specifications, material lists, and stone layouts, ensuring accuracy for production handoff.
• Data Management: Utilize spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) to organize, track, and manage design data, inventory details, and project timelines efficiently.
• Visual Communication: Prepare compelling mood boards, presentation decks, and visual design assets using tools like Canva to communicate design concepts internally and externally.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and proactively with the Production Team to review design feasibility, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that the final product accurately reflects the design vision and quality standards.
• Trend Analysis: Conduct market research on emerging jewelry trends, materials, and techniques relevant to the lab-grown diamond industry.
• Design Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing) to refine designs and prepare multiple versions as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in jewelry design, preferably in the fine or luxury jewelry sector.
• Design Skill: Proven ability to create precise, well-executed manual design sketches, renderings, and technical drawings.
• Diamond Knowledge (A Plus): Familiarity with the characteristics and setting requirements of lab-grown diamonds or gemstones.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and managing complex data sets.
• Comfortable using creative tools like Canva to develop presentation-quality visuals.
• Adept at using documents (Google Docs/Microsoft Word) for detailed specifications and communication.
• Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with production, marketing, and sales teams.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and accuracy in all design work and documentation.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
