Carbide Tool Services is currently looking for full-time machinists to join our team of skilled tool repair professionals! Duties include:

Operate equipment, such as manual mills, grinding and welding equipment, under the supervision of experienced and skilled manual machinists.

Weld and machine a variety of tools and inspect all work using precision measuring equipment to ensure all tools meet specifications.

Responsible for all aspects of quality related to work produced and being quality conscientious is a must.

Adhere to all safety directives/requirements within all areas in the facility (i.e. Personal Protective Equipment, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, etc.)

Enter accurate daily labor information into data collection system.

Other duties as directed by Supervisor, Trainer or Lead.

Additional skills:

Ability to read blueprints.

Attention to detail.

Mechanical aptitude.

Ability to multi-task and follow detailed instructions.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
