Manual Tester

Job Title: Manual Tester (L1 / L2) – Banking Domain OnlyExperience Required

• L1: 6 months – 1 year in Manual Testing
• L2: 3 – 5 years in Manual Testing
• Mandatory: Experience in Banking domain ONLY (not general finance/insurance)

Role Overview

We are looking for Manual Testers (L1 & L2) with hands-on experience in Banking applications. The candidate will be involved in testing banking systems, ensuring quality and accuracy across core banking functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and test scripts based on business requirements
• Identify, report, and track defects
• Perform functional testing across platforms and browsers
• Understand and validate banking workflows and systems
• Participate in test reviews and walkthroughs
• Assist in preparing test cases and test plans

For L2 (additional responsibilities):

• Design test scenarios, test cases, and strategies
• Support and mentor junior testers (L1)
• Coordinate with stakeholders for defect resolution
• Contribute to test planning and quality improvements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing
• Mandatory Banking domain experience (such as Core Banking, Payments, Cards, Loans, Digital Banking)
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Experience in test execution and defect tracking
• Good communication and analytical skills

Good to Have

• Experience with JIRA or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of automation testing

Key Notes

• Strictly Banking profiles only (No Insurance / No generic Finance profiles)
• Open for both L1 & L2 levels

Pay: $3,450.00 - $5,300.00 per month
