Manual Welder

Manual Welder will need the required skill set to perform their job duties as listed below.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Weld with MIG/Wire-feed Welders

· Weld both steel and aluminum tubing

· Set up and adjust welding machines accordingly

· Position Parts in a Jig

· Use of air tools such as grinders, cutters, and drills

· Constantly monitor the quality of production

· Follow health and safety guidelines and company standards

· Perform other related duties as assigned

· Communication skills

· Ability to be at the worksite during the hours assigned

· Ability to work overtime

· Attention to detail

· Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

· Problem-solving skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Welding Certificate and/or one or two years of related experience required.

Working Conditions:

Non-Climate controlled environment

Noisy environment

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 60% of the time

Constantly uses wrists, hands, and/or fingers to adjust equipment

Constantly adjusts or moves objects up to 5 pounds

Constantly operate power tools

Occasionally operating Motor vehicles or heavy equipment

Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds at times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
