Manufacturing and Assembly Technician

Position: Manufacturing and Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned, contributing to the production of high-quality lawn care equipment.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including the loading and unloading of materials.
• Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every step.
• Occasionally engage in powder coat painting processes to enhance the visual appeal of our products.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a laborer or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and a basic understanding of mechanical processes.
• Ability to read a tape measure with knowledge of fractions for accurate measurements.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
