Backed by Vulcury (a U.S.-based venture studio founded by a former Deloitte strategy consultant and 3Diligent CEO), we’re building the go-to platform for design and sourcing—a better alternative to traditional reps and marketplaces. While our core operations are in the U.S., we’re expanding aggressively into India and Southeast Asia, and this role is central to making that happen.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t a typical internship—you’ll function like a mini-GM or co-founder-in-training for our Asia operations, working directly with the Vulcury CEO, Asia team lead, and the Trustbridge product/design team.

Your scope may include:

• Leading execution of our Asia market expansion strategy
• Sourcing and onboarding manufacturing partners across India & Southeast Asia
• Identifying regional user needs & operational pain points to shape the product roadmap
• Driving growth initiatives (email campaigns, sales outreach, partnerships)
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and sourcing professionals to improve customer experience & supplier matching
• Supporting metrics tracking, CRMs, payment flows, and operational systems setup

What We’re Looking For

• MBA student or recent graduate, ideally with manufacturing/supply chain background or exposure via consulting, PE, or VC
• Strong bias for action—you roll up your sleeves and execute
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on hustle
• Passion for startups, marketplaces, and cross-border trade
• Based in (or highly familiar with) India or Southeast Asia
• Bonus: Prior experience with manufacturing or B2B marketplaces
