Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This entry-level position provides exposure to a wide variety of manufacturing tasks across multiple departments, including CNC machining support, assembly, soldering/brazing, inspection, deburring, and packaging. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop new skills in a clean, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly & Sub-Assembly

  • Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components such as hoses, cables, and small sub-assemblies.
  • Support full equipment builds under supervision.
  • Perform light soldering or brazing on tube assemblies and other components as required.

Machine Operation Support

  • Load and unload CNC machines with raw materials or components.
  • Monitor machines for proper operation and report any issues to machinists or supervisors.

Inspection & Quality

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using hand tools and gauges.
  • Deburr and polish machined parts as part of the finishing process.
  • Assist in final quality checks before shipment.

Packaging & Shipping

  • Package completed products according to company standards.
  • Label, organize, and prepare components for delivery or internal movement.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times.
  • Flex into other departments as needed to support production goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is helpful but not required.
  • Willingness to learn a variety of tasks and take direction from multiple team leads.
  • Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on assembly work.
