We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Associate to join our Bindery & Assembly team. This position begins in Assembly and provides opportunities to learn additional manufacturing processes in our Bindery department.

No manufacturing experience is required. We provide comprehensive hands-on training for qualified candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assemble custom menu covers, check presenters, binders, placemats, and related products
• Apply corners, tape, cards, and other components using manual and automated equipment
• Operate assembly and bindery equipment
• Run materials through gluing machines and mount materials to board according to product specifications
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with production activities across departments as needed
• Learn additional manufacturing processes through cross-training opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions and bills of materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Hands-on training is provided for qualified candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
