Manufacturing Development Engineer

Position Overview:

A skilled and motivated Manufacturing Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling manufacturing processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibility :

• New Product sample planning and development.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing scalable and robust manufacturing methods (Plan/Tools for product KPi)
• Collaborate with product design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with industry standards
• Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation reports.
• Lead trials, pilot runs, and process validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Product Pattern/Tooling development through communication with purchasing team & suppliers.
• Pattern shipment and deliver to the steak holders.
• According to plan the new samples casting shall be followed with foundries on all validation reports.
• Samples machining shall be planned according to schedules and follow up.
• Sample final inspection shall be plan carried out to the standards and follow up with proper reporting.
• ERP (ORACLE) system handling shall be part of every product process.
• 5S shall be a mandatory part in all activities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in manufacturing engineering or process development within a production environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., casting, machining, inspection)

Excellent communication and project management abilities
