Manufacturing Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical engineering support for building, testing, and validating harnesses and electrical components.
• Apply IPC/WHMA-A-620 and ISO/TS standards in all manufacturing work.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment with DFM in mind.
• Analyze workflow and drive continuous improvement across production.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to resolve process issues.
• Maintain and update work instructions, documentation, and training materials.
• Lead or support prototype builds, NPI activities, and line transfers.
• Maintain NPI materials/equipment and assist with failure analysis.
• Design fixtures, tooling, and process enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Support training programs and special projects as assigned.
• Assist with introducing new products and processes into production.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree with some experience
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology.
