Responsibilities:

Provide electrical engineering support for building, testing, and validating harnesses and electrical components.

Apply IPC/WHMA-A-620 and ISO/TS standards in all manufacturing work.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment with DFM in mind.

Analyze workflow and drive continuous improvement across production.

Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to resolve process issues.

Maintain and update work instructions, documentation, and training materials.

Lead or support prototype builds, NPI activities, and line transfers.

Maintain NPI materials/equipment and assist with failure analysis.
-
Design fixtures, tooling, and process enhancements to improve efficiency.

Support training programs and special projects as assigned.

Assist with introducing new products and processes into production.
Education and Experience:

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree with some experience
-
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology.
