Compensation: $68,000 - $85,000/year (for recent engineering graduates)

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and improve production processes that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. You’ll collaborate closely with production and engineering teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide hands-on technical support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, lean principles, and process optimization
• Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
