Qualification : Diploma / B.Tech

Experience : 3-8 years

Location : Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining process documentation, such as:

• Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MISs): step by step guide to the operator to perform specific operation along with the materials and tools required to complete this.
• Visual Aids (VAs): Prepared with visuals from the applicable to particular operation only to assist the operator as a part of the visual communication.
• Bill of Material: Developing and managing Bill of Materials (Engineering Bill of material, Manufacturing Bill of materials, Procurement bill of material).
• Condition of Supply (COS): It is the delivery condition marked in the detail parts drawing and flown down to the manufacturer aligned to the next assembly requirements.
• Structure Tooling understanding: Identifying necessary tooling to perform the operation, such as Final Assembly Jig, Sub assembly Jig, Drill jig, Drill template, bench work etc. and release of this as tool order to tooling to design the tool.
• FAI and Change management: Experience of the First off manufacturing. Manage and implement the engineering changes driven from the customer to the value stream.
• Drawing and Models: Strong understanding of the Engineering Drawings both 2d and 3d with hands-on experience on the CATIA tool (3.5/5).
