Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient production processes in order to meet production goals and ensure the highest level of quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and maintenance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing operations. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will contribute to the smooth and efficient production of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and work instructions to optimize production efficiency and ensure product quality.

Collaborate with design and product development teams to provide input on the manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of new products.

Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower manufacturing costs.

Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and line balancing to optimize production flow and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).

Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Analyse production data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.

Implement and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process control plans.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and select equipment, tools, and materials for production processes.

Participate in cross-functional teams for new product introductions (NPI) and lead efforts to ensure successful production ramp-up.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience 3 years minimum professional on 360 fusion

Solid works

Blender

Understand reverse operation

Know how to use 3d scanner

Understand g- code

Know how to work on router 5axis

Work in team work

English is Fluent

الوصف الوظيفي:

تندرج وظيفة مهندس التصنيع ضمن قائمة الوظائف الهندسية المهنية التي تتضمن خطوات عمليات التصنيع، فمهندس التصنيع هوالشخص المسؤول عن تطوير وتنفيذ عمليات إنتاج فعالة من أجل تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج وضمان أعلى مستوى من الجودة.يعمل مهندس التصنيع على تحسين المعدات والآلات والأجهزة الضرورية في عمليات التصنيع، كما يعمل بشكل تكاملي مع قسم الهندسة الميكانيكية وهندسة الميكاترونيكس لتصميم أنظمة تشغيل متكاملة تؤدي إلى إنتاج منتجات ذات جودة عالية تمكنّها من التنافس في السوق والحصول على قيمة اقتصادية مرتفعة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

إجراء البحوث الدقيقة من أجل تقييم عمليات التصنيع.

التعاون مع فرق التصميم وتطوير المنتجات لتقديم مدخالت حول قابلية التصنيع والموثوقية وفعالية المنتجات الجديدة من حيث التكلفة.

تطوير وتنفيذ عمليات التصنيع والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل لتحسين كفاءة الإنتاج وضمان جودة المنتج.

الحرص على اختبار المعدات والأدوات وعمليات التصنيع مع ضمان جودة المنتجات.

اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة المتعلقة بعمليات التصنيع.

الاهتمام بتحليل أداء وخطط العمل بهدف االرتقاء بجودة وكفاءة العمليات التصنيعية.

المؤهلات الإكاديمية :

• درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة التصنيع أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة عملية من 5 إلى 10 سنوات كمهندس عمليات أو تصنيع أو إنتاج.
• الإلمام ببرامج التصنيع والتصميم مثل Solid , Auto cad , 360 fusion.
• المعرفة التامة بالعمل على ماكينات الليزر CNC وآالت الثني Bending Machine.
• معرفة باستخدام الماسح الضوئي 3D scanner.
• معرفة كيفية العمل على جهاز التوجيه 5 محاور.
• الإلمام بعملية التشغيل العكسي.
• القدرة على إنشاء واعتماد نظام متكامل آلية التصنيع.
• التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
