We design, manufacture, assemble and integrate components for gravity-release guided systems, missiles and loitering munitions.
Role Purpose:
Support supplier industrial capability development and manufacturability analysis through active participation in supplier assessments, technical capability mapping, and data-driven improvement initiatives.
The role focuses on assisting with technical reviews and ensuring supplier alignment with design and production requirements across CNC, PCBA, and Cable & Harness domains.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in technical site visits to verify supplier capabilities, machinery, process control, and operator competency.

Document supplier technical processes and maintain accurate records of assessments and qualification stages.

Coordinate and collect data for supplier capability matrices, technical gaps, and improvement tracking.

Working according to the Product Realization Procedure and the Manufacturing Engineering Change Management Procedure.

Support validation and data collection for process reliability and repeatability at supplier facilities.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.

Analyse product specifications and manufacturing capabilities to improve and optimize processes. Maintain shared access to up-to-date evaluation templates, technical checklists, and status trackers.

Implementing problem solving and continuous improvement.

Adhering to related standards and preparing required documentations associated with the above responsibilities, insuring on-time delivery and working according to the internal standards and procedures.
Main Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in Electrical Engineering in the defence, aerospace, automotive or energy industry

Diploma, Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
