This position requires you live & work in Southern Oregon. HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT (work from home Mon, Wed, Fri & headquarters Tues, Thurs).

The Manufacturing Engineer III will do everything possible to move Work Sharp's business forward and will be given the resources to make a huge impact.

Responsibilities:

Lead Engineer responsible for owning products from launch through lifecycle and serving as the primary technical authority for vendors

- Serve as the Owning Engineer, ensuring design intent

- implement new products into production

- Drive engineering change requests

- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions

- Mentor junior engineers

Experience in the following areas will be considered: Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Injection Molding, Electromechanical Systems, SolidWorks (Expert), GD&T, Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), First Article Inspection (FAI), Process Validation, Tooling Development, Supplier Development, Global Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Cost Reduction, Risk Mitigation, Cross-Functional Leadership, Technical Decision Authority.

Pay: $96,000.00 per year
