Job Description

• Provides on going technical support to production operators.
• Trains and evaluates operators on process and equipment understanding.
• Responsible for generating metrics on equipment uptime, utilization and the overall performance of the work center as it relates to OEE
• Will maintain ownership for a predetermined process/capability in support of manufacturing engineering.
• Will work to improve, debug and optimize machine programs, optimize the setups & change over and ensure full utilizing machine capacity.
• Will be asked to program equipment to support new products.
• Develops and improvea the equipment maintenance documentation.
• Provides support to the engineering manufacturing group and may be asked to conduct tests and studies to support department efforts to qualify new equipment/processes and verify functionality of existing equipment/processes.

Education / Qualifications

• Associates degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience directly supporting various manufacturing equipment and systems
• Experience creating and implementing metrics to increase and improve efficiencies, monitoring manufacturing cell.
• Ability to train and mentor manufacturing personnel
• Experience developing work instructions
• Experienced in programming and debugging automated equipment.
• Demonstrated track record of optimizing programs and program efficiency.
• Experience with ASM Siplace Pick and Place equipment.

Compensation Data

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000

Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
