Shine Bros. Corp. is hiring a Fabricator/Welder to join our Maintenance Department. This hands-on position involves repairing, fabricating, and maintaining industrial equipment to support our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, can read blueprints, and is comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. You’ll work on diverse fabrication and repair projects, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Skilled in multiple welding processes
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
