Position Overview:
The Manufacturing-Field Technician is responsible for supporting the production, testing, and installation of electrical control panels and related equipment. This hands-on role involves panel assembly, wiring, labeling, basic testing, and documentation support. The technician will also assist with logistics, including shipping, receiving, and off-site coordination with manufacturing partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:

Panel build (mounting and wiring)

Assist with shipping and receiving

Print wire tags, terminal board tags, and panel tags, as required

Off-site manufacturing interface to verify progress, enforce standards, transport parts and prints

Basic test and inspection of manufactured equipment (on-site and off-site)

Cable assembly (solder and crimp connectors)

Collect and prepare documentation for instruction books

Field installation, panel modifications/repairs

Find ways to contribute to help the Company achieve short and long-term goals
What we need you to have:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
-
Basic understanding of electricity

Experience Soldering and Crimping
-
Operation of basic hand tools

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
What we’d love you to have:

Two (2) years of professional electrical panel building experience
-
Overhead crane and lift-truck license
Additional Information:

Travel Requirements – 5 - 10% travel
