We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to play a pivotal role in the successful launch and daily management of our new manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of operational strategies, ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve efficient, cost-effective production from day one.

Key Responsibilities

· Factory Operations & Production Management: Oversee day-to-day factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and monitoring execution to meet timelines and minimize downtime.

· Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight: Manage end-to-end inventory control, coordinate with logistics for timely raw material deliveries, and oversee warehousing efficiency.

· Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and third-party manufacturers, negotiating agreements and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

· Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (e.g., ISO, cGMP) and all statutory/regulatory requirements, conducting regular internal audits.

· Resource & Manpower Management: Plan and allocate workforce across shifts, coordinate schedules, and assist in the recruitment and training of operational staff.

· Process Improvement & Optimization: Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma methodologies).

· Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on production, inventory, maintenance, and operational performance for senior management review.

· Safety & Facilities Management: Work with relevant teams to implement robust safety protocols, oversee housekeeping, and ensure a safe, hygiene-compliant, and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is typically required; an MBA is a plus.

· Experience: Proven experience (Minimum 3 years) in an operations or manufacturing role, with prior exposure to new facility setup or project management highly preferred.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis) and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

o Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data-driven problem-solving.

o Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and coordinate cross-departmental activities.

o Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

o Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to unexpected changes and challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
