Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily factory operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment specialized in bakery, sweets, and FMCG products. The role is responsible for managing overall plant performance, operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations within the factory.
• Ensure production targets, operational KPIs, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Oversee production planning, manpower allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with quality, maintenance, warehouse, supply chain, and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Control production costs, waste reduction, and operational performance.
• Support process improvement, automation, and operational development projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop production and operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Food Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience in manufacturing operations within food production, bakery, confectionery, or FMCG environments.
• Proven leadership experience in managing factory operations and production teams.
• Strong understanding of production processes, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and manufacturing compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in bakery, sweets, confectionery, or large-scale food manufacturing operations will be highly preferred.
