Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator (PMO) to join our Stick Pack Department in Irwindale, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating, assembling, troubleshooting, and cleaning production machines while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for running stick pack machinery, performing routine inspections, and ensuring consistent product quality while following all GMP and safety guidelines. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor stick pack machines to ensure efficient production.
• Assemble, adjust, and clean equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks, seal tests, and visual inspections during production.
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Record production data accurately, including downtime and issues.
• Collaborate with team members and technicians to resolve mechanical or process problems.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience preferred (stick pack or packaging a plus).
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools (Allen keys, mallet, etc.).
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and climb ladders as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
