Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Procurement Valuation Specialist to oversee procurement valuation, manage supplier cost structures, and align procurement strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver robust valuation insights that support growth, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Valuation: Conduct valuation of supplier contracts, raw materials, and manufacturing inputs.
• Cost Analysis: Track procurement costs, variances, and efficiency metrics.
• Risk Management: Identify procurement-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of ERP systems, digital procurement tools, and automation practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed valuation and procurement reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement or valuation experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing procurement frameworks and GCC industrial environments.
• Expertise in ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and procurement management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional manufacturing organizations preferred.
