Manufacturing Production Coordinator

United Chemical Technology (UCT) is looking for a Manufacturing Production Coordinator. This position is located in our corporate facility in Bristol, PA.

UCT was founded in 1986 by one of the pioneers of Solid Phase Extraction (SPE), Michael Telepchak, who is still active in the Company and in the field. UCT is a world leading specialty chemical manufacturing company with products that serve the environmental, forensics, food and beverage, clinical, pharma, biopharma, and cannabis industries.

The Manufacturing Production Coordinator will bridge the gap between floor operations and senior management. They oversee daily production schedules along with the assembly supervisor, manage inventory levels, and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly. This role requires strong multitasking, system data entry, and problem-solving skills to meet delivery targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist VP of Production with adjusting workflows to meet changing demand and avoid product shut down.
  • Oversees records for processes and personnel.
  • Ensures the operations run well and according to company and department standards.
  • Work with the assembly supervisor and plan work assignments for assemblers.
  • Perform Sage related administrative tasks
  • Assist VP of Production with maintaining operation efficiency and timely product supply.
  • Work with the assembly supervisor to ensure products are ready on time and are shipped to the Bristol location for shipment to customers.
  • Assist VP of Production, and work with the assembly supervisor in reviewing, revising and creating procedures for assembly processes.
  • Work with the assembly supervisor reviewing time off requests and assemblers’ time sheets.
  • Work with the assembly supervisor in managing the assemblers with annual reviews, disciplinary actions with guidance from human resources.
  • Assist with assembly issues with guidance from the VP of operations, and if needed other areas of the team.

  • Knowledge of Sage ERP a plus.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, bachelor’s degree in preferred in Business Administration, Manufacturing
  • Minimum of 2 years’ manufacturing production experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
