Job Summary

Plans, organizes, leads and controls all areas of manufacturing. Responsible to focus on the manufacturing operation performance measures to achieve operational goals (Safety, Quality, Schedule Attainment, Delivery, Productivity). Builds high performing teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. Drives talent development initiatives to cultivate skills, boost engagement, and support career growth within the organization.

Responsibilites:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and communicate them to the team.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities, balancing workloads, and creating production schedules.
• Ensure all necessary raw materials, equipment, and resources are available to the production team.
• Oversee, train, and coach employees on safety procedures and job duties.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Mediate conflicts and resolve employee issues to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on best practices.
• Monitors Inventory Control and Safety statistics and collaborate with EHS Manager to implement corrective actions.
• Participates in the company's Quality Management System (QMS) program and partners with other department leaders in developing recommended actions.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and urgency while managing multiple priorities.
• Prepare and submit reports on production performance and progress.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 6 years manufacturing experience.
• 5 years managerial experience.
• Advanced team building and development skills.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Project Management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
