Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. Duties

• Develop and implement robust quality management systems aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive quality audits to evaluate compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve manufacturing quality issues efficiently.
• Perform detailed quality inspections and control checks throughout the production cycle to ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development projects to embed quality assurance from inception.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to quality control and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions on quality systems, inspection procedures, and regulatory compliance for manufacturing staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong focus on quality assurance and control.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quality audits and manage QA/QC processes effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for process improvements.
• Excellent project management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Sensor Experience is a plus
