Responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming metal and electro-mechanical assemblies
• Audit inbound shipments and perform container spot checks
• Support OPS by verifying supplier samples and product fixes
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain compliance with product and quality requirements
• Lead root-cause and corrective actions (8D, 5-Why, FMEA, SPC) under the ISO 9001 framework
• Review supplier documentation for UL, CE, FCC, and other compliance requirements
• Support ISO 9001 implementation and process improvement initiatives
• Develop fixtures, checklists, and QC standards to improve incoming inspection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years in quality or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with metal or electro-mechanical components
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and regulatory documentation (UL, CE, FCC, etc.)
• Skilled in mechanical inspection and GD&T interpretation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive
• U.S. work authorization required
