Manufacturing Shop Helper

HIRING: Shop Production Team Member – Fencing & Railing
We are a growing supply and fabrication company seeking motivated shop help to join our production team. This role involves assembling fencing and railing systems, cutting and preparing materials, building gates, and assisting with daily shop operations.

• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Comfortable using hand tools, saws, and basic shop equipment
• Welding experience highly preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
