Position Overview

Powerus is seeking Manufacturing Operations Specialists to support day-to-day manufacturing, production coordination, operational improvement, and facility activities within a fast-growing production environment.

This role sits within the manufacturing organization and supports production execution, inventory flow, assembly support, logistics coordination, operational organization, and continuous improvement activities.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, hardworking, organized, and comfortable operating across multiple areas of manufacturing operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and production operations across the facility
• Assist with inventory coordination, production flow, and operational organization
• Support assembly, logistics, tooling, shipping, and warehouse activities
• Help maintain production schedules and operational readiness
• Assist manufacturing leadership with process improvement initiatives
• Support facility operations, production setup, and day-to-day operational execution
• Help ensure safety, organization, and operational discipline across manufacturing areas

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, operations, logistics, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and operational mindset
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Highly organized and dependable
• Ability to adapt across multiple operational functions
• Prior military or industrial operations experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork capability
