Manufacturing System Analyst (Remote)

Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support the optimization, integration, and performance of systems used across manufacturing operations. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and IT teams to improve efficiency, data visibility, and process performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing systems, workflows, and data processes
• Support ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-related systems
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to drive process improvements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making
• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
• Assist with system integrations, upgrades, and implementations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience with manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, MRP, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment
