Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This hands-on position supports daily manufacturing and warehouse operations, helping ensure products are produced, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and values teamwork and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing and warehouse operations as needed.
• · Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• · Assist with production scheduling and workflow coordination.
• · Perform manufacturing duties including machine operation, product packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.
• · Accurately match work orders with customer orders to ensure quality and accuracy.
• · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
• · Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• · Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the workday.
• · Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• · Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• · Basic math skills for daily production and inventory tasks.
• · Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• · Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• · Comfortable working in a deadline-based environment.
• · Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record are required.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
