• Weld Tooling Design & Validation
• Design of Weld Tooling/Templates and Component Flow
• 3D CAD Proficiency: SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA
• Manufacturing Process Knowledge:
• Assembly process planning
• Material handling equipment design
• SOP creation and updates (CN, DOU)
• Cost-reduction process flow development
• Lean implementation
• Racking system design and validation
• Cart and special-purpose handling device design
• Template and productivity tool design
• Quality checking gauges
• Material flow and standardization support

Collaboration & Coordination

• Daily project follow-ups and customer interaction
• Vendor engagement for tooling and process needs
• Support for continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordination with onsite manager and offshore team for status reviews

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• 3D CAD: 4 years (Required)
• Quality control: 3 years (Required)
• SOP Creation: 1 year (Preferred)
