Marathi BPO Team Lead

Job Summary

We are hiring a Remote Call Center Team Lead (Marathi Language) to manage and guide a team of customer support executives working from home. The candidate must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, with proven experience in call center operations and people management. This role involves monitoring performance, ensuring quality service, and driving customer satisfaction in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of remote Marathi-speaking call center agents.
• Monitor daily performance, call quality, and ensure KPIs/SLAs are met.
• Handle escalated queries and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Conduct virtual coaching sessions, team huddles, and training programs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance and share with management.
• Manage agent schedules, productivity tracking, and attendance remotely.
• Collaborate with QA and operations teams to improve processes and service quality.

Language Requirement

• Marathi – Fluent (Mandatory)
• Hindi – Proficient (Mandatory)
• English – Proficient (Mandatory)

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of call center/customer service experience.
• At least 1 year as a Team Lead / Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and virtual team management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, dialer, and remote monitoring tools.
• Ability to manage a remote team in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable with flexible shifts and weekend support if needed.
