Marathi Teacher

Dr. D Y Patil Public School Vita is seeking a dedicated and passionate Marathi Teacher for our Pre-Primary section. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Marathi language and a deep understanding of early childhood education principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to teach Marathi language and culture to pre-primary students.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes the development of language skills, creativity, and cultural appreciation.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Incorporate storytelling, songs, games, and other interactive activities to make learning enjoyable and meaningful for young learners.
• Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate Marathi language and culture into the overall curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents to share students' progress, address concerns, and promote parental involvement in their children's education.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and language instruction.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and positive social interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Fluency in Marathi language, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching young learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
