Role Description

The Marble Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, analyzing drawings, and preparing detailed cost estimations for marble and stone projects.

Key duties include conducting material take-offs, preparing quotes, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring cost accuracy.

Close coordination with the sales teams will also be essential to deliver tailored solutions that meet client specifications.

Budgeting projects and sharing with respective team which are awarded.

Prepare Documentations for awarded projects such as material report, WIR, method statements etc.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project estimation, material take-offs, and creating detailed cost analyses.
• Strong understanding of marble, granite, and stone materials, including their installation methods.
• Experience with architectural drawings, technical documentation, and CAD software tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the stone or construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
