Responsibilities

Answer phones; transfer calls and responding to other forms of electronic communication (Communication)

Customer Service: assist with the greeting of visitor’s and handling inquiries from the public (Professionalism)

Assist with event promotion and advertisement of on campus activities (Critical Thinking)

Assists with the management of opening, closing and vacation periods within the residence halls (Teamwork)

Various customer service activities (Professionalism)

Assist in maintaining a secure living environment through proper policy enforcement (Professionalism)

Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Residence Education staff (Teamwork)

Participate in and promote a culture of continuing quality improvement
