Responsibilities

  • Answer phones; transfer calls and responding to other forms of electronic communication (Communication)
  • Customer Service: assist with the greeting of visitor’s and handling inquiries from the public (Professionalism)
  • Assist with event promotion and advertisement of on campus activities (Critical Thinking)
  • Assists with the management of opening, closing and vacation periods within the residence halls (Teamwork)
  • Various customer service activities (Professionalism)
  • Assist in maintaining a secure living environment through proper policy enforcement (Professionalism)
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Residence Education staff (Teamwork)
  • Participate in and promote a culture of continuing quality improvement
