Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marina Drystack Maintenance worker to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of our drystack storage facility, ensuring a high level of service for our marina customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the drystack storage area, including racks, floors, and surrounding facilities.
• Inspect boats and equipment stored in the drystack for any signs of damage or needed repairs.
• Assist with the safe and efficient movement of boats in and out of the drystack using forklifts or other equipment.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory and organization of tools, supplies, and equipment used in drystack operations.
• Collaborate with marina staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety protocols and marina policies to maintain a secure working environment.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marina operations, boat handling, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
