Seeb Marine is looking for an experienced and proactive Marina Manager to help launch and manage a new marina operation in Bahrain.

The role includes overseeing daily marina operations, berth management, customer service, staff supervision, safety compliance, maintenance coordination, and supporting the setup and development of the marina from the ground up.

Responsibilities

● Assist in launching and setting up marina operations

● Manage daily marina activities and staff

● Coordinate boat movements, docking, and berth allocations

● Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained

● Coordinate with tenants, boat owners, suppliers, and contractors

● Support commercial growth and marina-related services

Requirements

● Experience in marina operations, marine services, or waterfront management

● Strong leadership and organizational skills

● Good understanding of marina and marine operations

● English required; Arabic is an advantage

Pay: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Muḥarraq: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marina Management: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
