Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marine Boat Repair Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marine electrical systems and equipment, performing repairs, troubleshooting, and installations on various types of boats and vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on marine vessels, including wiring, circuits, lighting, batteries, and generators.

Perform installations of new electrical equipment and components.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of marine electrical systems.

Troubleshoot faults using appropriate testing equipment and tools.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and marine regulations.

Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete repair projects efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an electrician in marine or boat repair environments.

Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, batteries, generators, and navigation electronics.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Familiarity with safety procedures and regulatory requirements in the marine industry.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Electrical certification.
