To strengthen our corporate team in Muscat, we are seeking an experienced Marine Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and drive strategic growth.

Role Overview

The Marine Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and compliance for marine operations. This role requires strong financial expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to align finance strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations across marine and logistics business units.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and sustainability.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and consolidated financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and maritime industry policies.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and executive teams to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide finance staff to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in the marine or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO2,800.000 per month
