Marine Foreman

Al Rabat Piling and Foundation Contracting LLC. Is seeking an experienced Marine Foreman to oversee and coordinate marine construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine infrastructure projects and the ability to manage teams effectively, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day marine construction operations
• Coordinate and monitor works such as:
• Breakwater construction
• Marine piling
• Jetty and quay wall construction
• Coastal protection works
• Dredging activities
• Ensure compliance with marine construction standards and safety regulations
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and equipment
• Report progress, challenges, and site issues to project engineers or site managers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in marine construction projects
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in marine works
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methods and safety regulations
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate site activities efficiently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Ready to join immediately
