Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Marine Mechanic's and Boat Yard Personnel to join our energetic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of boats and marine equipment, performing maintenance, repairs, and fabrication tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marine technology, possess strong mechanical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where safety and quality are paramount. Positions would allow you to have the ability to make great hourly wages along with certain jobs having a highly paid prevailing wage rate. Mechanic's must have own set of tools.

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on boats, engines, and marine systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics, wiring, and electrical system repairs with precision tools such as ohmmeters and calipers.
• Proven service technician experience in marine maintenance.
• Experience with rigging, power tools, hand tools, heavy lifting equipment, and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Physical ability to perform and work in outdoor environment.
• Must be able to perform general boat yard duties
• Should have experience in bottom painting, blocking and standing boats, power washing boats and general yard help.

Pay: $20.00 - $75.00 per hour
