Job Title: Marine / Naval Engineer in KSA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marine / Naval Engineer with strong shipyard exposure to manage and oversee marine and naval engineering activities. The role involves coordinating engineering and construction operations within shipyards while ensuring full compliance with approved project procedures, safety standards, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage marine and naval engineering and construction activities at shipyards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct implementation of project procedures and requirements.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with shipyard standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Monitor progress, quality, and performance of shipyard operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support during construction, repair, and operational projects.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects in line with company and client requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine / Naval Engineering.
• B.Sc. in Marine / Naval Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Mandatory shipyard experience (positions are strictly related to shipyards; experience in Oil & Gas or offshore rigs will not be considered).
• Aramco Experience (Priority 1) or Aramco Certification (Priority 1).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Aramco practices and standards (Priority 2).
• Thorough knowledge of shipyard operations and marine engineering systems.

Contract & Benefits:

• Contract Duration: Initial 1 or 2 years, with annual renewals. Overall project duration is 5+ years.
• Salary: 18,000 SAR – 30,000 SAR, to be offered based on interview performance and experience.
• Ticket & Visa: Provided by the client.
• Annual Leave: 21 to 30 days, depending on the position.
