Position Overview
We are seeking a Marine Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage daily marine operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, maritime knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between crews, clients, and regulatory authorities. The Marine Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Marine-Co LLC’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marine operations including vessel scheduling, logistics, and crew assignments.
• Liaise with clients, port authorities, and service providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor vessel performance, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of marine activities, inspections, and reports.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s maritime regulations and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marine operations or maritime coordination.
• Strong knowledge of marine logistics, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marine management systems.
• Certifications in maritime safety or operations are an advantage.
