Job Description:
Dimensions Berth Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marine Petroleum Coordinator to oversee and support petroleum transfer and marine operations at Port Sultan Qaboos in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant coordination of marine fuel handling and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marine petroleum transfer operations between vessels and port facilities
• Ensure compliance with maritime safety standards and environmental regulations
• Monitor loading and unloading of petroleum products
• Liaise with port authorities, vessel captains, and terminal operators
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, transfers, and operational activities
• Conduct safety checks and support incident prevention procedures
• Assist in planning and scheduling marine logistics operations
• Prepare operational and compliance reports for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in marine operations, petroleum handling, or port coordination
• Strong understanding of maritime safety procedures and port operations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a high-responsibility, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of international shipping and marine regulations is an advantage
