Soo Sports at Vern Eide Marine is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Marine Salesperson to join our team! We specialize in premium fishing boats and pontoons, including Lund, Crestliner, Ranger, Skeeter, Caymas, and Bennington Pontoons. If you live and breathe fishing and boating—and you know how to connect customers with the right fishing boat- this is your opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

Help customers find the perfect fishing boat or pontoon based on their needs and experience
Walk buyers through features, options, rigging possibilities, and accessories
Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
Deliver a top-tier buying experience from first contact to final delivery
Maintain product knowledge on leading brands and current fishing/boating trends

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience (marine, powersports, RV, automotive, or similar preferred)
Fishing knowledge — species, techniques, electronics, gear, seasonal patterns
Boating experience — operation, safety, rigging basics, outboard knowledge
Strong communication and people skills
Self-driven, organized, and team-oriented
Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
