Marine Supervisor – Piping Fabrication / Drydock / Vessel Maintenance

We are hiring a Marine Supervisor with strong experience in piping fabrication, dry‑dock operations, and vessel repair/maintenance. The candidate must be a Diploma holder and able to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings. This role oversees daily marine activities and ensures all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise marine repair, maintenance, and fabrication activities.
• Lead piping fabrication, installation, and pressure testing.
• Manage dry‑dock operations, including planning and execution.
• Oversee vessel repair teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and shipyard teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports for management.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in marine supervision or shipyard operations.
• Strong background in piping fabrication and marine mechanical systems.
• Experience in dry‑dock and vessel maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of marine safety standards and class requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with offshore vessels, tugs, barges, or commercial ships.
• Familiarity with welding, steel fabrication, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and meet deadlines.
